General Provisions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 299bet platform and all services provided under it. In this document, "we", "us" or "platform" refers to 299bet, and "user", "you" or "member" refers to a registered account holder.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Attempting to operate multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method will be treated as a violation of these Terms, and all associated accounts will be closed immediately.

Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your 299bet account secure. Never share your login details (username, password and OTP) with any third party.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• Avoid logging in from shared or public devices.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account — claims of third-party use will not be accepted.

299bet will never ask for your password or OTP by phone, SMS or email. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wager of 25 times the bonus amount — that is, ৳25,000 — must be completed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Policy

• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds will count towards the bonus wagering requirement.
• Any attempt to misuse or manipulate bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Each promotional offer may have its own separate terms, which will be stated in the offer description.

VIP and Rewards Program

The 299bet VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week — that is, total losses minus total winnings. Example: if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity. The decision to change a member's tier is made by 299bet and is final. Cashback is credited subject to applicable wagering requirements.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet placed on 299bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before confirming a bet.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game or betting session, that session may be declared void and the stake will be refunded. However, if the issue is caused by the user's device or internet connection, 299bet will not be held responsible.

7.3 Result Determination

For sports betting, results are determined based on internationally recognised data sources. For live casino games, the data recorded on the game provider's server is final.

7.4 Odds Changes

Changes in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect the bet. However, odds displayed before a bet is confirmed may change, and the last confirmed odds will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 299bet platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information to obtain bonus benefits.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements by artificial means (for example, placing opposing bets on the same event).
• Operating the platform through automated software, bots or any other automated means.
• Unlawful financial transactions or money laundering.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

299bet may immediately suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• Account closure at the user's own request.

9.2 Balance Settlement

If an account is suspended, withdrawals may be held until verification is completed. However, if an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the bonus balance will be considered void.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may contact the 24/7 support team to request account closure. The account will be closed after the existing deposit balance has been withdrawn.
